South Solitary Island

Located 18kms from Coffs Harbour. Only one of two island lighthouses in NSW. Restricted access to the island, buildings built in 1880-the oldest in the area. Island abandoned in 1975 when automated, now under the care of National Parks & Wildlife.

Tours to the island are held just once a year with Precision Helicopters and National Parks and Wildlife.
